30, Rosary 26. Attempt to locate a reckless driver near the YMCA on Stewart Parkway. Was last seen turning onto Harvard westbound three ago. It's going to be a blue Hyundai Elantra, organ plate of 385 Edward David Charles. Caller advised that it was speeding and almost ran him off the road.
