224, 223, possible residential, 2121 West College. RP is seeing this on security cameras. A male and female attempting to break into the home. Apparently, it's a vacant house that's up for sale. The male is a white male with a ponytail, black bandana over his face, dark tank top and shorts. He's at the back of the house trying to pry a window open. There's a female at the front of the house, white female, blue or purple sweatshirt.
