The gentleman I spoke to did dial 911. He said that was in the car. He was trying to call with a non-emergent number regarding a dog that keeps charging at people. Over at 514 Lincoln, there'll be attempted contact at that house. 10-4. Copy that, Truck 28? 10-4.
