433 Dell Avenue for subject with a weapon. Neighbors are outside causing a scene, attempting to fight the complainant's son. Advise they can't see a weapon. Now they're saying that there is a knife for the complainant yelling racial, racial slurs. The male came outside harassing kids and carrying a knife.Eldmer 25.
