All units, control is a report of a reckless driver in the area of 930 South 1st Street, Fulton Hotel. 930 South 1st Street, Fulton Hotel. Complainant stated that a motorcycle was swerving in, not a traffic speeding, doing wheelies, heading southbound on State Route 481 South. Did not want to speak with law. Control, clear.
