So this came in as a theft report for a stolen gun. 2333 Reed Street, apartment 1, between Soho and Brackenridge. Caller's stating her grandson stole her firearm. The grandson is on scene. He's a 15-year-old black male named Marcus Smith Moore. Unknown where the firearm is right now.
