That intersection should just be a 4-way stop. There's always people stopping that don't need to be stopping, or else they're stopping then going real quick not realizing the other 2 ways don't stop. . .it's a cluster. Plus it's kinda hard to see if you have one of the stop signs cuz there's always a bunch of cars parked on the south side of 20th street.
