Oscar 3. 3. 65 Catharine Street, apartment 1 for a disorderly. Alicia Santiago is calling, states that there's an unknown person that was at her window and that they tried to break in but took off. She said she heard people walking around outside. Also saw a black Honda Accord driving slowly in the area. Sounded very altered to the call taker.
