Got a caller who does not want to be seen stating girlfriend, Sherry Williams, white female, 26 years old, black sweater, blue pants, was walking in the old market 20 minutes ago when a black male took her phone from her and turned it off. Sherry is not answering calls. He's worried the phone might have been stolen. She was supposed to be walking southbound on Howard. Correction, southbound towards Jones.
