Back at startup 12 sector to the precinct. I have a 10-17 dispute. It's coming in at 1630 5th Avenue at the precinct. They're stating that there's a female that's inside the complainant's taxi, the blue Toyota Prius in the parking lot, refusing to pay for the services.
