170, person en route, NC14 near 29, NC14 near 29. Reference to unknown man down, caller's advising there's a female looking to be in her 30s to 40s in a silver sedan. Advised she was stopped at the stoplight from the on-ramp, coming onto 14 from 29. Advising she looked passed out and there was a male knocking on her window. The caller continued on. I have no further. It's clear to be 955.
