523. 23.Report of a suspicious person, 9723 Indiana. The caller states there are two male Blacks attempting to break into a red sedan parked in front of this location. They ran northbound, leaving the doors to the vehicle open when they noticed the female coming out the house, who they said was trying to watch the vehicle. I got no further details or information.
