I got a 50 Charlie at 112 South Main in reference to a subject dropping his phone in a storm drain. Fire Rescue has already advised that they will not be responding, and my student here just wants to confirm that we aren't either. The phone fell in the storm drain? That's 10-4. We've told him that he needs to contact GRU, but it's going to have to be in the morning because that's who would be able to assist him with that. They're not coming out for this one, ma'am. 10-4, thank you.
