Caller has since ordered them an Uber to leave, but she's now screaming at him, refusing to leave. She's going to advise PD that he'd see a seater. This one's gonna be a very high-end, intoxicated, Andrew Jackson, black female in her 30s. She's clear of an address in Detroit.
