Units, 10-23, 10-65, a signal 12 BOLO, advised US 41 North and 69th Street East, in reference to a silver Dodge truck going northbound on 41. Caller advised it almost hit multiple vehicles and is swerving in and out of the lane. Caller's not following. 10-98, BOLO, 23-56.
