Cars, I-70 westbound, passing New Design Road. 911 caller advises a silver tank truck with warning signs on the side has smoke coming from the top of the truck. Caller advised he was beeping at him and flashing his lights. Tried to warn him, and it just kept going. Located observed. Take appropriate. Notify this station, KJ 918.8. 2259.
