Believed my caller was advising possibly southbound on South Buchanan from East Vandalia's last seen location. Reporting an older model maroon Corvette with some sort of advertisement in the rear window that was observed swerving all over the roadway and stopping in the middle of the road. Also, blaring music. 10-4, en route.
