17, can you head over to 26-28 Dayton Street, room number 2? We have Xavier calling on behalf of his elderly neighbor, Scott. He doesn't have a phone. Scott reported to Xavier that he had the door to his unit open. A black, heavyset female and another male entered his room, asked him for some money. He refused, so they pushed him down and stole his wallet. Xavier had no time frame on when that happened. No further description. Scott is in a wheelchair. He said he was not injured. Had some cash in his wallet.
