Just to clarify everyone I am for certified he did not need cpr nor was he having a stroke, he was on the phone and we were getting into the car when I saw a man dressed in all black start running down the alley, I turned and this man was on the floor bleeding from his tear ducts and nose and one of his 2 phones were missing we all believe he was attacked.
if only ppl would read this comment.
If yall think yall can do a better job, join the Fire Dept
Stop saying he needs cpr… you can see his belly move when he breathes and he is turning his head. You don’t do cpr on alive people!
To clarify, you don't do CPR on BREATHING people.
