States Black female, 30s, bright pink hair, all black clothing, pink purse, and Black female, black hair, pink sweater, gray sweats, and an 8-year-old child are putting items in their bags. Have history of being aggressive. No weapons, drinking, drugs seen. They were last seen in the kids' club.
