2571, I copy, I'm en route. 2571 en route. Attention all 25 units, broadcast of a 23, one of the three that was coming our way about 15 ago, eastbound 92, just east of the 12th Plaza. It's a dark colored sedan with a partial plate of two Henry Paul X-ray, about 30 miles per hour. One at one point driving in the center divide in heavy traffic, eastbound 92, east of the 12th Plaza.
