113. 113, it's going to be for a hit-and-run, just occurred, 1807 Eberhart Avenue, off of Fromming Street. Caller's reporting a female backed into the caller's vehicle and took off. Black sedan, Kilo, Juliet November 1492. Eventually pulled down the street, drove the wrong way down a one-way street, dropped off an older man who's now limping down the street and took off.
