105 East Genesee Street. Caller's reporting a male coming out of the bar chasing a bunch of 14 to 16-year-olds. One of the kids said something about a knife. That male is now outside talking to the caller's neighbor. His description is a white male, 55, wearing a beard, black cap, and a hoodie.
