From what I heard, the lady couldnt get her pass out in time due to her back pain and thought the driver would leave her for taking too long. As a result, she tried asking him for her to hop on with her cart, but the driver needed to enforce policy. I felt so bad for the driver since she kept heckling him and accusing him of leaving her when he was patient enough to wait.
