25 and citywide, we're getting a person with a knife. Fulton and Springfield. A male Asian is walking down the street with a knife and his hand stabbing the pillow. He appears to be intoxicated and high off drugs. He's wearing a black cap, gray hoodie, black pants. He's now standing on the corner. No further information.
