For the 647 at 5215 West Willow Street, subjects keep trying to, like, something on fire, and they keep putting it out, and he sees the complainant looking, possibly trying to start the trash on fire. Complainant's worried of fire, couldn't hear him. It's in an empty lot between the Red Riff Inn and the Motel 6. It's a Black male in his 30s, 130 pounds, dark clothing, has an orange blanket, white bike, and no weapons. No one for contact at 1703, and can I get a unit to follow?
