10-4, I'm at Cloud Springs and Highway 27. I just got flagged down by a motorist that there's a large group of bikers on Carline Road just off of Oak Street. She said they're racing up and down the road and blocking the road. I'm going to head down there. Do you have anybody available that could help me out in case there's a bunch of them?
