10-4, we're adamant that the shirt is red, but possibly could be him. 10-4, 10-14, there were two juveniles at 25th and Jackson at 737. They're going eastbound on 25th Street. One was riding on an electric scooter wearing an orange hoodie. The other kid has one of the Orbeez blasters wearing joggers. They're headed toward Bowen.
