Newton EMS, Newton EMS, you're needed at Newton Place Apartments, 222 North 4th Avenue West, 222 North 4th Avenue West in the parking lot. Caller says he's looking out his window and he can see a lady laying on the ground next to a red car. Says she's moving but doesn't appear to be able to get up.
