9, I have a suspicious person call in the area of Cliff Street by Milbury Street. Passing Motorist states there was about five people. They couldn't give us a description on any of the individuals. They were picking through a closed donation bin. One was on top of the bin. Caller wanted the area checked out. It's no longer on scene.
