It's going to be at Southridge, 5300 76th Street. The caller is an employee of the Chicago store, I believe. There's a language barrier. It's on the top floor near Arapostle. He says the customer broke the cash register when he wouldn't issue a refund to the customer. The customer then left male black, black hoodie or black shirt with green pants. He's not in the store now. He left towards round one. Unknown if he went to round one. Mall security is currently with the caller.
