Weatherland, 6016 North Highlands Parkway. For the last half hour in the parking lot, there's a subject walking around looking into vehicles. Black male, 30s, 5'5", 120s, black hair with a gray jacket, red sweatshirt, gray or light blue pants with a black buggy full of wood and a backpack as well. He's on foot, headed eastbound on Highland.
