Got a check person at the Dollar Tree, 1759 Thayer Road for a 15-year-old woman that was stealing some things. Caller's not concerned about the theft. She's concerned that the individual hangs in the area with adults and is concerned for their welfare. Doesn't believe they go to school. It's going to be a White female, 15, blonde, wearing a tank top and jeans.
