Central dispatch, Base 1, Base 3. Medical assistance needed in the Walmart parking lot, 2700 West 8th, 2700 West 8th. Caller's going to be in a black minivan parked at the end of the parking lot close to Green Farm. For a 14-month-old male, he had surgery for tubes and adenoids. He's not acting normal, can't keep his head up. He advised his breathing is normal. Timeout 1628.
