Paul 76, Paul 26, at Powers Field, 4210 Windmill Road, 4210 Windmill Road, heading south. There were suspicious males messing with the fence around a cell tower. One of them had a tire iron. We have a white male and another white male wearing a camo trench coat. They're between a compost and Converse in the field.
