Please make sure it safe it small it could get hurt
When a coyote grabs your dog, don't cry.
If you have someone walking a dog from both directions and the dog is in the middle of the block it's either going to fight with the dogs or run into traffic. Only a matter of time
I've seen it for at least over a year in the neighborhood but it didn't look like it had a collar on in case something happened you can't find the owner. I don't think it's safe to have a dog like that out where it could cause a problem maybe to someone on a bike or go into traffic
