Units be advised, a reckless driver in the area of 38th Avenue North and 28th Street. It's 38th and 28th. Vehicle in question, male's truck. Changed some words with the complainant about tailgating. The vehicle was fed past the complainant, available on the window. L4 truck, unknown tag, does have a mousse lodge on the front license plate. Driver was a white male, 35, heavy, wearing a white shirt. That vehicle last seen northbound 28th Street. What if I get a 15?
