Citizen and listening units, retail theft that just occurred at the famous footwear, 4725 East Town Boulevard. Looks like a Black female in her 20s wearing a black bonnet and a silver Cadillac with no plates. Silver Cadillac SUV with no plates, headed inbound East Washington. Had taken some backpacks and bags. Caller had requested that suspect info aired. Repeat, Steeler, this is going to be information at 1418.
