Good. The disturbance just occurred at Lakeview Elementary, 300 Capitol Beach Boulevard. Employee Susan said that on the north side of the school on West S and Sam, there was a 40-year-old White male, long blonde hair, arm green jacket and jeans, was yelling affinities at children through the fence. Looks like he was seen walking eastbound on West S.
