22. 1517's complaint. Caller stated that the neighbor's guess they're trying to steal gas from his vehicle. They also tried to stab him with a sword. The caller does have video evidence. Suspect's a red, female, Black, in her 50s with dreadlocks and a male Black in his 50s wearing all black clothing. This did happen two days ago. I do believe this male party was also in the lobby earlier speaking with another officer. 1517 Anderson Avenue.411
