Both units responding to the area of 1151 West Elm, 1151 West Elm, cross of Huber and Tolf. 10's advising that a unknown male walking his dog, had the dog defecate in our caller's front yard. And when our caller asked to pick it up, he began to start throwing trash. Male has since left in a white Dodge Durango with a machine plate of Sam George Charles 866. Now pulled over at Vince's, where the male is yelling at another male for mowing the grass. Male.
