He was advised by tenants. Marcus Fields, white male, 5'10", brown hair, slender build, unknown clothing, is back in the apartment. Possible drugs, there's no weapons or drinking. The male was evicted. Caller's en route in a gray Toyota Tundra. ETA is 10 minutes.
