I dont know how the conductor didnt see the guy but then again we don't know the full story yet. My theory is the guy was walking along the tracks for what ever reason, the conductor saw this and radioed it in but if you've lived in JC for a while you'll know that the train speeds up going up that ramp so if the person walking had suddenly jumped in front of the train there wouldn't have been enough time to halt the train. Im not saying this is what happened but its a theory.... a gam- ill stop
