41, I'll be taking assault just occurred, 600 South 27th at the Jackson Tower. Caller Elaine states he saw a Black male, 40-year-old, blue cap, gray long-sleeve, black long-sleeve, blue jeans. White female, 30-year-old, grabbed her by the head. Unknown if she's on drugs. The male keeps going in and out of the entrance. The female keeps walking around the building. Baker 41.
