Charlie 43, delayed theft at Racetrack on Scottsville Road. 4627 Scottsville Road, break. Caller advised there were two possible juveniles that stole two cases of beer and left in a silver Nissan Altima 21, 41 High School, break. one was heavier set, shorter, with a beard. The other subject was skinny, bookworm, wearing hoodies with the hoods out.
