600 Geiger grade, road number 828. It's going to be the Steamboat by Vintage, building number 8, unit number 828, 10-37 circumstance, possible welfare check. All info is from an uninvolved neighbor. Male came up to the building, put a ladder up against the wall, and started to climb the ladder to the second floor. He then fell, then got up and walked away northbound in the complex, unknown if he's injured. RP can hear footsteps in the above apartment, possibly occupied by a female and two juveniles. Doesn't hear any disturbance, but unknown what occurred. 600 Geiger grade, number 828, Steamboat by Vintage.
