Distribute to 56 and Northwest Radial, 56 and Radial. Multiple callers advising there was a black female in a bright green hoodie who was walking in the middle of the road and caused an accident. Drivers of the vehicle are now yelling at the female. She's possibly intoxicated. Additional information, additional caller advising it's going to be westbound.
