1025 Charlie, copy. 11 Delta to back for a burglary alarm. Go ahead. Delta. It'll be at the YMCA, 3200 1st Ave South, 3200 1st Avenue South. It's being called in by ProVigil. They're saying it's an audible alarm, but they're also watching the live cameras. Looks like there's a transient walking through the construction area. It's going to be a black male, mid to older 20s, wearing a dark blue shirt, black shorts. Appears to be approximately 5'7 to 5'8 thin-build. It's currently in the southeast corner of the property.2044.
