Engine 9, Rescue 37, responding respiratory stress, 4842 Southwest Archer Road, Plaza Health and Rehab, room B 121. 4842 Southwest Archer Road, Plaza Health and Rehab, room Bravo 121. The patient is a 70-year-old male, conscious and breathing. He's completely alert. He does not have difficulty speaking between breaths. Patient is having difficulty breathing after a recent fall. He is also in pain. Patient is also nauseous. Patient's speech is spurred. He has a history of three strokes.
