142, unit to back suspicious condition, 1300 Eastern Boulevard, 1300 Eastern, near Southeast and Taleg, family dollar. Caller said two Black males, one's wearing a yellow and blue jacket, late 30s, shopping. Need to have another 14 minutes of stealing. Handed the caller a jacket, said the jacket has a price tag and a security tag on it. They left on foot towards Dundalk on Eastern Boulevard.
